Write the questions
Budget thirty seconds each. Six questions is three minutes — short enough that people finish, long enough to learn something. Each question can take a voice answer, a typed answer, or both.

Send the link
Personalised invites carry a name and email, so the survey opens with “Hi Jane” and never asks who she is. Generic links work for a newsletter or a post, and ask for contact details at the end. Both are built to be texted.

Listen back
Play each answer with the waveform, read the typed ones, and export everything — including partial responses — as CSV with links to the audio.
